Currently looking for an ‘Agile/Scrum Lead’ with significant experience of digital deliveries, implementing agile and best practices. They want someone who is a great communicator at all levels - from customer led design right through to deployments to going live. You must be able to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver digital platforms and features at pace whilst executing a transformation agenda and applying the right fit practices, tools and techniques from Lean, Scrum, Kanban and XP, at the right time.
You will manage their onshore (currently 12 people) and offshore (18), multi skilled Java development teams. The company are expanding into new markets in other countries and need to redefine the processes followed in the technical teams. You would be heavily involved in implementing agile and lean development processes, advising technical direction, and recruiting software developers.
